Kevin Brubaker is the Deputy Director of the Environmental Law & Policy Center (ELPC) and the Project Manager for ELPC's Midwest High-Speed Rail Network Project. Brubaker has spent over a decade building public support for high-speed rail and collaborating with government and business leaders to plan and implement the Midwest High-Speed Rail network.
