Transformational Transportation: Los Angeles on a High-Speed Recovery Track
High-speed rail lobbying group RailLA will host a panel discussion on “Transformational Transportation: Los Angeles on a High-Speed Recovery Track” July 30 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. The panel will be moderated by Richard Katz, California High Speed Rail Authority, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Metrolink board member. Panelists include Ed Reyes, Los Angeles city council member; Michael Woo, dean of the College of Environmental Design, Cal Poly Pomona; Michael Schneider, managing partner of InfraConsult L.L.C; and Ayahlushim Hammond, senior vice president at Thomas Properties Group.
