America 2050's Todorovich on keys to creating successful HSR systems in the U.S.

Petra Todorovich is director of America 2050, a national initiative formed in 2005 by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and Regional Plan Association to address the infrastructure, economic development and environmental challenges facing the United States during the next several decades.
